National ID Cards

Unfortunately it has been impossible to get new IDs locally for the last 10 years and now all the IDs have expired.

New ID cards are biometric, all provided by a German company that requires new birth certificates. This is a lengthy, expensive process, but one which is important to do so that the Baka can move freely without harrasment from authorities for not possessing ID cards.
